The NFL may be coming to China...in 2018.
That's according to a report from Alex Marvez of FOX Sports.
UPDATE: Source tells @NFLonFOX that NFL could play regular season game in China as early as 2018.Handful of teams already expressed interest

With the Raiders and Texans playing in Mexico City next season, expanding to another new market makes sense for the NFL.
Alex Marvez reports that a handful of teams have already expressed interest in playing a game in Asia. China is a massive market that could be a huge avenue for growth for teams and the league.
We don't have any details yet on teams or location as it's rumored for 2018. According to speculation by PFT, the stadium that was built for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing could be a good guess.
For the record, I never actually played football. I have no doubt that I would get crushed running across the middle for a pass, every single time.
