How Would You React If You Lost Your Fantasy Matchup By Less Than a Point?

By October 31, 2014 No Comments

We've all won and lost fantasy football matchups. It happens to everyone.

Some of those losses hurt at the time but fade away, while others simply stay with you, no matter how much you drink to forget.

This isn't a pity party for me. In fact, much of this season has been anything but close losses.

But I do know some people who fell victim to extremely close losses, both this year and in the past. Their reactions were mixed to say the least.

I can't say I understand and know what they went through. It's a rollercoaster of emotions that I have no desire to ride on, unless of course it leads to me winning.

The Greatest Freakout of All Time

Okay, calling it the greatest freakout of all time is a lie. But it got you to read this far.

I saw this video via Bleacher Report earlier today about a Cowboys fan freaking out over their loss to the Redskins on Monday night.

I can't speak to whether the video is legit or was staged, as some suggest. I just know that there are a ton of people who have probably reacted like this to either a real NFL game or a fantasy football outcome.

Here's the video. Note: The language in this video is NSFW. You've been warned.

It's pretty funny, especially cause none of that stuff was mine. Personally I love the kids scrambling for the bottle caps. Like they really hold some kind of value.

What's The Greatest Freakout You've Seen?

Whether you were the one freaking out or you witnessed it, what was the greatest fantasy or NFL related freakout you've seen? And how close was the score?

Hearing about your close losses will make me feel better about mine, or at least I'm hoping that's the case.

I’m a simple man with simple pleasures. As someone who’s always approached life with the attitude that things could be worse, I’ve had an awesome time so far. I've been a fantasy addict for nearly a decade, and I've loved every second of it.

For the record, I never actually played football. I have no doubt that I would get crushed running across the middle for a pass, every single time.
